2. National Teaching Fellowship awarded to Dr Craig Hammond

   LJMUs Dr Craig Hammond, a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education, has been recognised for his outstanding impact on student outcomes and the teaching profession in higher education, with a National Teaching Fellowship.

3. LJMU School of Nursing and Allied Health celebrate multiple March awards and nominations

   LJMUs School of NAH has been shortlisted for nine awards at the Student Nursing Times Awards 2022 as well as a £2,000 Nursing and Midwifery Coordinator Social Prescribing Studentship awarded to Adult Nursing Student, John Wells.

5. In memoriam: Peter Johnson

   The university is deeply saddened by the death of Peter Johnson.

6. In memorium: Gaynor Holmes

   The university is saddened to report the death of Gaynor Holmes who will be known to many staff for her long years of service in HR.

7. Armistice Day 2024 arrangements

   We will mark Armistice Day by observing a two-minute silence at 11am on Monday 11 November.
