1. Updated Assessment and Feedback Policy

   The policy has been updated with two new areas of activity on internal moderation and the use of generative AI (GenAI) in assessment.

2. Developing the diverse workforce of the future for engineering and technology

   LJMU hosted events with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers exploring diversity and inclusion in engineering and technology skills.

3. Complete the Student Lifestyle and Health Survey 2024

   Each year we run this survey, it only takes 10 minutes to complete and asks you a range of questions from how much sleep you get, to if you get anxious and how often you feel stressed.

4. LJMU marks Remembrance 2024

   Students and staff have marked Remembrance 2024 by supporting the Poppy Appeal and taking part in acts of remembrance.

5. Information and guidance regarding scabies

   Communal living arrangements such as university residences can make students more at risk of contracting scabies. Find out what the symptoms are and guidance of what to do next.

6. LJMU Law call for international mooters

   There is a great opportunity for law students to debate human rights and international law issues with students from across the globe.

7. 'Ask for Martin'

   LJMU and JMSU work hard to support all students who have been victims of harassment and/or assault.  However, the recent reports of increased spiking in clubs and bars in Liverpool and other cities around the UK are extremely concerning and we want to reassure all students that support is available to anyone affected by this issue.
