   Over the summer months LJMU has made a number of important changes to further improve the safety and wellbeing of all our students

2. Restrictions on using USBs for students and staff

   From 4 September students will be no longer able to use USB storage devices on LJMU equipment. This is alongside the restrictions already in place for staff.

   From next week, LJMU will be implementing Multi Factor Authentication. You won't be able to access LJMU services without it. Follow these simple steps to register.

4. Wildlife conservation graduate inspires next generation of students

   LJMU graduate, Trang Nguyen, wildlife conservation scientist, environmental activist and founder of the NGO WildAct, in Vietnam, returned to Liverpool and LJMU campus this week to share her knowledge as a leader in the field of wildlife conservation.

5. 'Let's reverse the damage we've done to the planet'

   Research at LJMU is helping to make a difference to the species extinction crisis by implementing conservation translocation best practice and advising government inquiries.
