    The University Women in the Professional services (WPS) is for all female staff in professional services at all levels. Established in 2022 we see the Network as taking a fundamental role to the University strategic mission and to become a visible and proactive consultative group on issues of gender diversity.

  6. Charitable Status

    Liverpool John Moores University is an exempt charity under the terms of the Charities Act 2011. Under the Charities Act 2011, universities are supervised by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) as principal regulator, which is charged with ensuring that universities fulfil their obligations under Charity law.

    The staff suggestion scheme has been introduced to give all employees the opportunity to make positive suggestions to contribute to the success of the University.

    The Undergraduate Recruitment Marketing team is responsible for the development and implementation of an institutional plan across the prospective student journey to support the achievement of annual home undergraduate recruitment targets.
