   Liverpool John Moores University has ranked #3 in Course Quality in the Uni Compare 2023 Rankings and is now in 4th place overall in the Uni Compare Top 100 Universities rankings.

3. Maritime law lecturer named in top 100 list of women in shipping

   Anna Kaparaki, a lecturer in maritime law with LJMU, has been named in the list for the fifth consecutive year.

4. Students at the Heart Conference 2023: Celebrating 200 years of LJMU

   As part of the Students at the Heart conference, LJMU organised a special Bicentenary celebration room to highlight 200 years of LJMU and celebrate our history.

7. Updating Your Microsoft Profile Picture

   From this month LJMU will begin publishing all student and staff security card photos into Microsofts 365 suite of products.

8. LJMU Student Named in Merseyside's 30 Under 30

   Rio Boothe is one of the Liverpool Echo's 30 Under 30. The article, penned by LJMU Student Journalist Mackenzie Argent, celebrates Rio and 29 other individuals under the age of 30 who are making significant impacts in Merseyside.

9. LJMU appoints Julia Midgley as Bicentenary year Artist in Residence

   Julia has a long history of connections with the university and will record events throughout 2023 in documentary drawing and watercolour sketches.
