   The International Universities Strength and Conditioning Association has recognised LJMU for the quality of its Performance Sport Internship Scheme.

6. Successful international policing conference

7. Celebrating Cultures Event

   The celebrating cultures event this year had India, China, Canada, Pakistan, Colombia, Nepal, England, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lesotho, Scotland, Vietnam, Nigeria, Indonesia, Greece, Italy, Bangladesh, Switzerland, Iran, Somalia and Brazil being represented. Following this event, an international student wrote a reflection on their experience in participating.

8. International student partnership with China celebrated at Lunar New Year gathering

   Thirteen dual-award engineering students from China met with LJMU’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mark Power, in recognition of their successful studies and in celebration of the beginning of Lunar New Year.

9. International Women's Day: digital finance research for women and minority groups in Nigeria

   This International Women’s Day we’re highlighting one of LJMU’s latest research projects led by Dr Alison Lui, Reader in Corporate and Financial Law, as well as events happening across campus.

10. Passion for gender equity inspires international partnership to promote Women in Science

    Women scientists at LJMU have won a grant to share our institutional learnings on gender equality with partner institutions in Brazil.
