1. Examination Timetable now out

   The main University examinations will take place between 27 April - 7 May 2020.

2. January exams: training for invigilators

   In anticipation of the January examination period, Academic Registry will be holding invigilation training sessions for LJMU staff throughout December.

3. Trans Day of Visibility Friendship Event and Open House

   An event and open house for students and staff on Friday 31 March

4. New Diversity and Inclusion Policy

   The D&I Team has developed the Transgender and Non-Binary Policy for staff and students, with accompanying guidance.

5. Support over the spring break and what to do in Liverpool

   For most of our students following the standard academic calendar, the spring break runs from 9 to 24 April. Whether you are heading home or staying around Liverpool, here is some advice on where to go, what to do if you need help and support and those all important Library opening times.

6. January exams to be moved online

   We have made the decision to move all examinations scheduled from 4th January online

7. Results Day

   Now that you have your results check out what courses are available through Clearing.

8. Academic Registry invigilation training

   Training sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams throughout April and will cover the main aspects of the role of invigilators, including responsibilities prior to, during and following the completion of the examination.

9. Cost of living: non repayable payments for students

   We’re reminding you of all the support available across the university from non-repayable payments, to help with your energy bills, to discounts and freebies across the university.

10. LJMU Assessment 4 – 14 January 2022

    As we approach our assessment period early next year, this note is to provide you with important preparation information and to confirm that exams will take place in person (with the exception of Levels 3 and 4).
