1. LJMU announces new honorary fellows

   LJMU will celebrate the inspirational achievements of 17 new honorary fellows in a special ceremony later this year.

2. Liverpool leaders share learnings from Reciprocal Mentoring

   The project, which began 14 months ago, saw leaders from across LJMU’s ELT paired with Black and ethnic minority Liverpool city leaders to share their lived experiences and inform policy and decision making at the university and beyond.

3. Open Research Week 2022

   Liverpool John Moores University, the University of Liverpool and Edge Hill University libraries are delighted to announce our programme for Open Research Week 2022, taking place from 14th-17th February 2022. There are 8 events over 4 days. All will take place over Microsoft Teams and each session can be booked individually. 10. World-class status for Sport and Exercise Sciences in new academic ranking

    Liverpool John Moores University’s School of Sport and Exercise Sciences has been named the 6th best department in the world according to the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) for the Sports Sciences subject area, highlighting the School’s global research influence. The results also show the School ranked as the 2nd best department in the UK and the 3rd best in Europe.
