   A campaign to reduce sexual violence in bars and clubs across Liverpool City Centre has been launched today in partnership with LJMU.

7. Family judge for Cheshire and Merseyside hosts first LAC public debate event

   Her Honour Judge Margaret de Haas QC hosted the first public debate held by LJMU’s Legal Advice Centre, which focused on the legal rights of grandparents.

8. Getting to grips with technology in media

   Pupils from Sacred Heart College, Crosby joined the Media Technology Group of the Dept. of Electronics & Electrical Engineering to learn technical processes for creating TV programmes.

9. Healthcare framework proposed to improve health of ageing populations

   An LJMU researcher is part of an international team of researchers who have put forward a position statement, published in Science, which lays out a new healthcare framework to help ageing populations stay healthier for longer.

10. Public Health institute (PHI) host the European Federation of Environmental Health (EFEH)
