  4. Exhibition Research Lab

    The Exhibition Research Lab is the first centre devoted to the study of exhibitions. We have ties with Tate Liverpool, the Liverpool Biennial, as well as six major European museums and a network of arts institutions. Find out more about the Lab's collaborations and projects.

  6. Electric Machines and Drives Group

    The Electric Machines and Drives Research Group conducts research into: variable-speed electric drive systems, electrical power generation plants for renewable energy sources and power electronic converters for interfacing the variable-speed drives and generators.

    Biomedical Science Research Group is focused on diseases, disease states and diagnostics of diseases. Our expertise includes: biochemistry, cell culture, toxicology, microbiology, cell imaging and molecular biology.     At the Public Health Institute we look into alchohol consumption and harm across a range of populations and environments. We take up original research and study established datasets to understand the impacts of alcohol on society.

  10. Digital Health Interest Group 

    The Digital Health Interest Group within the Institute for Health Research are actively engaged with digital health research and aim to develop long-standing interventions to improve health care and pathways.
