2. Research and Innovation Day Invites Entries to Scholarly Snaps Competition

   The competition for scholarly snaps will take place again at this year's Research and Innovation Day on Wednesday 19th June. To be a part of this competition please submit your pictures by Wednesday 5th June.

3. Armistice Day 2024 arrangements

   We will mark Armistice Day by observing a two-minute silence at 11am on Monday 11 November.

   It has been called the last men's club in journalism, but expect a much more female future for the UK's sport coverage.

7. International Day of Elimination of Racial Discrimination

   To mark the day, Marie Hie, JMSU's Black and Asian Minority Ethic Student Officer, talks about LJMU's reciprocal mentoring scheme and how we can all contribute to reducing inequalities

   On Saturday 2nd March, LJMU held its annual Northern Ireland Applicant Day in the Hilton Hotel Belfast.

9. Churchill Way Flyovers

   Liverpool City Council will shortly begin the process of demolishing the Churchill Way flyovers.
