   World Sleep Day takes place on Friday 17 March

7. City encouraged to find its zen with free mass guided meditation

   LJMU to broadcast the 15-minute session via Melodic Distraction on Mon 27 February from 8.30am.

8. Making Every Contact Count training day

   This mental health training will take place on Tuesday 10 October, 9.30am to 3pm, Exchange Station G20 and 21.
