2. Managing your money in 2022   

   Here, our Student Advice and Wellbeing Money Advice Team Leader, James Forshaw, gives us his advice on how to manage your budget, as well as money saving tips for the future.   

3. Open Research Week 2022

   Liverpool John Moores University, the University of Liverpool and Edge Hill University libraries are delighted to announce our programme for Open Research Week 2022, taking place from 14th-17th February 2022. There are 8 events over 4 days. All will take place over Microsoft Teams and each session can be booked individually. All events will be recorded; if you are unable to attend but are interested in the content, please sign up and the recording will be sent out to you in due course.

4. National Student Survey 2022

   We are launching the National Student Survey (NSS) 2022 to eligible final year students next week.

5. Future Fortnight: 28 February to 11 March – open to all students

   Join the Student Futures team for a series of events helping you think about your future goals. The sessions are friendly, open to students from any programme or year group and will help you gain clarity on your next steps.

6. LJMU Cycling Club ride Liverpool to Paris distance in 24-hour fundraiser

   LJMU Cycling Club took part in a non-stop 24-hour ride last week, raising over £200 for the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

8. Happy Holi 2022

   Friday 18th March is Holi, a festival in the Hindu calendar often referred to as the 'Festival of Colours.' Here, MSc Sport Psychology student, Manisha explains to us all about the festival and how it is celebrated.
