For summer 2019, LJMU will be sending students on 2 month internships in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Melbourne, Australia. The scheme covers flights, accommodation, insurance, work experience, networking events and might include trips or social activities too!

The Mechanical Engineering and Materials Research Centre (MEMARC) specialises in fracture and contact mechanics, wave propagation in lattices and microstructures, thermal fatigue and thermal striping, materials development and processing, as well as dynamics and control systems.
