1. MA Short Film Festival 2024

   Postgraduates curate more than 2.700 films for annual Paper Bird awards

2. First Step Spring Internships available for Level 4 students

   A new pilot internship programme for first year students (level 4 only) with little to no previous work experience launched on Monday 15 January and close at midnight on Sunday 4 February. There will be no interview process for these opportunities, the Student Futures team will undertake a matching process between participating organisations and students. The internships will begin on Monday 4 March (start dates may vary for each role).

3. Paid Discovery Internships for level 5 and 6 students

   The final round of Discovery Internships for this academic year is open for applications from second (level 5) and final year (level 6) students.

4. Trans Day of Visibility Friendship Event and Open House

   An event and open house for students and staff on Friday 31 March

5. LJMU takes to the streets for Liverpool Pride

   Over fifty students, staff, family and friends of LJMU, and JMSU, joined Liverpool Pride, to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.

   The ‘Luminary Lecture Series’ at Liverpool School of Art & Design presents the work of leading practitioners in art and design.
