    In 2022, Liverpool John Moores University renewed their Diversity Champions membership, to ensure the continuation of our LGBTQI+ staff feeling free to be themselves and to continue the work to increase the feeling of belongingness.

  2. LJMU Health and Wellbeing Champions - staff wellbeing hub

    After pledging our support and involvement in the Liverpool Active Workplaces Programme and a call for volunteers, 12 Health and Wellbeing Champions were appointed and received experienced specialist training to fulfil their role.   3. Equality Act 2010

    The Equality Act brings together nine separate pieces of legislation into one single Act, simplifying and strengthening the law to help tackle discrimination and inequality.

  4. Keynote speakers

    At the Students at the Heart conference 2023, there will be a range of presentations, workshops, demos and stalls themed around the new LJMU Values of Community, Inclusivity, Community and Student Focused.

  5. Teaching and Learning Academy

    The Teaching and Learning Academy leads the development of teaching practice and enhances the learning experience of our students.

  6. Alumni events

    Throughout the year LJMU hosts a range of events that alumni are invited to attend from networking evenings and seminars to the Roscoe Lectures and the Liverpool Universities Pub Quiz.
