Liverpool John Moores University is partnering with the citys major health research and public organisations to launch the headquarters of the Global Pandemic Institute, committed to helping the world prevent, prepare, and respond more effectively to pandemics.
Fresh from broadcasting a Classic FM show in Redmonds Building radio studio to mark the 175th anniversary of the Liverpool Philharmonic, broadcaster John Suchet sat down with over 50 LJMU Journalism students to talk about his 40 year career as the face of British news.
The university is deeply saddened by the death of Peter Law, who passed away peacefully after a short illness on Thursday 8 February.
