1. Annual survey and audit of teaching space to take place this February

   The survey will be conducted between the hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday 5 to Friday 9 February 2024.

   LJMU has welcomed former Lancashire Constabulary Chief Constable Steve Finnigan CBE to teach the next generation of police leaders, at the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies.

5. Professor & Reader Conferment 2019 – Call for Female Applications

   Each year applications are invited for the conferment of Professorships and Readerships and the process for 2019 is now open.

6. Unitemps Awards 2023

   Students from across LJMU have been recognised at a Unitemps Awards Ceremony this week.

7. New hub of wellbeing events for students and staff

   We've launched the ‘Looking after your wellbeing’ event hub on the LJMU website to bring together all the different events happening across the university and help you look after your wellbeing.

8. Professional Services Conference 2020 - call for submissions

   The Leadership and Development Foundation are now inviting submissions to present at this year's Professional Services Conference - on the theme of 'Continuous Improvement: the art of the possible'.

9. Training for managers/personal tutors on disabilities and long-term health conditions, including mental health

   The aim of the programme is to offer LJMU Managers, Programme Leaders and Personal Tutors further support and guidance, in relation to; operating more confidently and effectively, whilst developing themselves and their staff/students positively.

10. Lecturer's work featured in national showcase

    A project featuring a lecturer from LJMU will take centre stage next week (Monday 14 June Saturday 19 June) at the British Academys Summer Showcase.
