   The Marketing, Consumption, Social Engagement and Entrepreneurship Research Group looks into marketing in technology and digital business, consumerism, social engagement and sustainability, entrepreneurship, civic leadership, and business decision making in SMEs. 8. About MEMARC

   The Mechanical Engineering and Materials Research Centre (MEMARC) specialises in fracture and contact mechanics, wave propagation in lattices and microstructures, thermal fatigue and thermal striping, materials development and processing, as well as dynamics and control systems. 9. Smart Cyber-Attack Detection and Mitigation in Critical Network Infrastructure

   The Department of Computer Science at Liverpool John Moores University is being funded for a project on cyber security and computer forensics by the Royal Academy of Engineering through the Newton Collaborative Fund.

10. Electrical and Electronic Engineering facilities

    The Electrical and Electronic Engineering Research Centre has a wide range of facilities, including probe stations, test samples, semiconductor parameter analyzers and a range of three-phase and multiphase (five-phase, six-phase and nine-phase) machines too. The Centre also has two-level and three-level voltage source inverters and a three-phase to nine-phase direct matrix converter.
