   The team at LJMU Face Lab have created a ground-breaking new animated facial reconstruction of Robert Burns.

4. Immersive Storytelling Experiences explored at Liverpool Screen School Symposium

   On December 14, Liverpool Screen School welcomed over 200 guests from industry and academia and over 30 speakers, including demonstrations, to discuss how immersive technology was impacting on storytelling.

5. LJMU art students invite the public to share their visions for the future at end of year degree show

   The Liverpool School of Art & Design will be opening its doors to the public to showcase this year’s talented undergraduates. The theme of this year’s show is ‘Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?’

6. Making Liverpool schools sun safe this summer

   Liverpool John Moores University is working with the Skcin cancer charity and the Clare Daly Foundation to roll out the Sun Safe Schools accreditation across primary schools in the Liverpool region, which will benefit up to 10,000 children.

7. Marine technology professor wins two prestigious research awards

   Professor Jin Wang from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology has recently won the following prestigious awards: Outstanding Contribution to Marine Safety award for 2017 and the 2017 Royal Institution of Naval Architecture (RINA).

8. Graduation review Wednesday 11 July

   Wednesday saw the School of Sport Studies, Leisure and Nutrition graduate in the morning and the Public Health Institute and the School of Education in the afternoon ceremony.
