Moving into your student accommodation is an exciting time and marks the start of your university experience. To help things go smoothly and make sure you are fully prepared, here is some advice from our Accommodation Office for students who are moving into a LJMU approved hall.
The University Women in the Professional services (WPS) is for all female staff in professional services at all levels. Liverpool John Moores University joined the Athena SWAN charter in 2014 and was first presented with an Institutional Bronze award in 2014, in recognition of ongoing work relating to gender equality. Since then, LJMU had a second successful submission of their Institutional Bronze award in 2017.
If you have accessed support for your disability or health condition throughout school and university, e.g. in the form of a support plan or funding, you might be concerned about similar support being available to you in the workplace.
Find out more about updating your profile photo. We have begun publishing all staff and student security card photos into AD/Azure. This means that the images will appear in Office 365, specifically Outlook and Teams.
