1. Courteney Peterson

   Courteney is an English graduate who became a mum while studying at LJMU. She went on to receive a prize as one of the top students thanks to her grit and determination to obtain her degree.

3. Mariama Balde Djaura

   Mariama undertakes outreach work for the university, working with schools across the country to establish meaningful connections that help young students to realise their academic and personal potential. Inspired by her early life experiences, moving from Africa to Northern Ireland, and then the opportunities afforded to her by LJMU during her own studies, she is determined to help others and act as a role model.

4. John Bishop

   Read the oration for John Bishop on the award of their Honorary Fellowship from Liverpool John Moores University presented by Professor Greg Whyte.

5. Business Analytics Educators Forum

   Business Analytics Educators Forum (BAEF): Advancing business analytics education through interdisciplinary dialogue and resources.

6. Accounting and Finance for Society Research Group

   The Accounting and Finance Research Group will be located in the Business School. It will be mainly conducted within five research themes, Accounting and Society, Financial Stability, Sustainability, FinTech and Accounting Education.

8. Abbie Romano

   Abbie is a senior research engineer at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) having spent nine years studying at LJMU. A last-minute switch from studying pharmacy to civil engineering has seen her career take a whole different direction.
