7. University Seal request form update

   The Secretariat has updated the request form to incorporate the additional stages of approval required from colleagues in finance and legal.

8. Chair and Panel Member Briefing Sessions

   Three in-person sessions are being offered in Exchange Station for academic colleagues who wish to become a Validation/Periodic Programme Review chair or panel member.

9. Long service awards

   The university has updated the Long Service Awards scheme to include celebration of reaching additional key milestones at 25, 35, 45 and 50+ years’ service.

10. From Lab Bench to Backbench

    Dr Andreea Font from the Astrophysics Research Institute at Liverpool John Moores University is swapping a lab coat for legislation as she visits Justin Madders MP, at the House of Commons
