4. The War Widows Quilt to be displayed on Armed Forces Day in Liverpool

   On Saturday 24 June 2023, in honour of Armed Forces Day, St George’s Hall will host a special exhibition of the War Widows Quilt, part of the War Widows Stories project led by LJMU academic Dr Nadine Muller.

5. New website course search function

   This week marks the launch of an exciting new development to our website. A project group have been working with an external agency (Sagittarius) to improve the course search function.

6. LJMU donates 3,000 items to ease city's 'furniture poverty'

   LJMU has been helping to end furniture poverty for hundreds of local groups.

8. Royal Television Society Award winners

   Two Media Production graduates won Royal Television Society (RTS) awards for their documentary ‘One Eye Open.’ Ian Garden and Josie Webster came first in the Factual Category at the annual Student Television Awards, held at the Lowry Theatre, MediaCityUK.
