4. Menopause cafes throughout 2024

   This year we will once again host four menopause cafes for our staff, with the first taking place on Tuesday 16 January, and anyone wishing to attend can book via the staff wellbeing events page.

5. Hybrid working guidance

   Following the initial launch of hybrid working last year, our HR team has now shared its Hybrid Working Guidance.

6. Menopause cafe to mark World Menopause Day

   Join us on Wednesday 18 October as we mark World Menopause Day and host our final staff cafe of the year.

7. Management book on redundancy fills important gap

   Liverpool Business School lecturer, Dr Madeleine Stevens, is tackling the often-uncomfortable topic of redundancy in her latest publication.

8. New Diversity and Inclusion Policy

   The D&I Team has developed the Transgender and Non-Binary Policy for staff and students, with accompanying guidance.

9. VC PhD Studentship Awards and Thematic Doctoral Programme Awards 2023/24

   LJMU has awarded 21 VC PhD Studentship awards to exceptional students at the university.
