1. IT upgrades coming your way

   During the summer, IT services will be delivering an upgrade to Microsoft Office and Google Chrome will become the default browser.

   A new study from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) highlights the high prevalence of cannabidiol (CBD) use among professional rugby players despite warnings it could lead to drugs bans.

4. Visit to House of Lords to discuss how to support disabled graduates

   Keren Coney, Careers Adviser in Student Advancement: LJMU's Careers, Employability and Enterprise Service, was thrilled to go to the House of Lords to meet with Lord Shinkwin to discuss how to support disabled graduates as they seek to enter the workplace.

6. LJMU Religion & Belief Workshops “Understanding religious diversity of our students and staff community”

   LJMUs Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Team, are proud to be working in partnership with Zia Chaudhry (Director of LJMU Foundation for Citizenship), Zane Abdo (LJMU Muslim Adviser/Chaplin), Rabbi Natan Fagleman (LJMU Jewish Chaplain), Hannah Padfield (LJMU Anglican Chaplain), Father Neil Ritchie (LJMU Catholic Chapain) and other external consultants in order to offer LJMU Staff (& Students*), the opportunity to participate in a bespoke, half day Religion & Belief workshop.
