   Public health experts at Liverpool John Moores University are looking into how lockdown has affected the physical and mental health of people in the North West.

3. International learning experience at Virtual Global Citizens Conference 2020

   Delegates from all round the world participated in the LJMU Virtual Global Citizens Conference between 11-12 November 2020. They discussed seven adapted UN Sustainable Development Goals.

4. Student's 'one-in-a-million' job offer

   A LJMU student was astounded after a private message to marketing guru Steven Bartlett landed him a job within 10 minutes.

5. Christmas closure and support services over the festive break

   The university will close at 5pm on Thursday 23 December and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 4 January. The Student Life Building will be open 24/7 throughout the festive break including on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

6. Refugee Nurses course features on BBC Morning Live

   LJMU's acclaimed Refugee Nursing course made the headlines again in a feature on BBC1's flagship Morning Live programme.

7. Exciting events at our new Student Life Building this month!

   Our brand new Student Life Building is open and to celebrate all our students being back on campus weve got lots of FREE and exciting activities planned for induction week (W/C 20th September).

   LJMU students and graduates attended a virtual careers event to give them advice on their future careers.

9. This time last year LJMU student and now graduate Nathan Bickerton, went viral

   He was offered a job just fifteen minutes after creating a Wikipedia page and tweeting The Diary of a CEO host and BBC Dragon, Steven Bartlett.
