LJMU guarantees a room in one of our approved halls to all new students who join us in January 2025.

Postgraduate students

The halls available for Postgraduate students with an offer for the January 2025 intake are listed below. Rooms are available in these halls from Saturday 4 January 2025.

Rooms in Albert Court have a start date of Monday 3 February 2025 for PhD students only.

Rooms in Moorfield have a start date of Saturday 1 February 2025 for PhD students only.

Weekly rent and tenancy length: Bronze: £125 / Platinum: £145, 47 weeks

Hall: Atlantic Point
Room type: Standard en-suite
Weekly rent and tenancy length: Sold out

Hall: Marybone 1
Room type: Standard shared bathroom
Weekly rent and tenancy length: £90, 50 weeks

Hall: Moorfield
Room type: Standard and Premium en-suite
Weekly rent and tenancy length: Standard: £130 / Premium: £135, 51 weeks (or 47 weeks for February PhD students)

Rent payments are split into 3 instalments if you have a guarantor. PhD students can access monthly payments, please contact us to enquire about this. Please see our Accommodation for International students page for further information.
