Introduction

Marybone is at the heart of the City Campus and next to the Avril Robarts Library.

There are three distinct parts to the site - Marybone 1, 2 and 3.

Room types

There are over 230 bedrooms in total. All flats have a kitchen, dining area and lounge - which includes a dining table, chairs, and sofas.

Each cluster flat has five or six bedrooms. All bedrooms have a study desk, wardrobes and extra storage.

There is one room type at Marybone 2:

  • Standard en-suite rooms with small double beds

Amenities

There’s a free of charge gym, games room and group study rooms for the use of residents of all parts of Marybone.

Other

The bedrooms in Marybone 2 are the 2nd cheapest en-suite rooms available to new LJMU students. This represents excellent value for such a central location.

All flats in Marybone 2 underwent refurbishment in summer 2015. They have been maintained to that standard since.
