LJMU have reviewed their quality assurance processes and have developed and standardised a more robust reporting mechanism for both practice partners and academic staff. This is to ensure that we meet the goal of providing an effective response to concerns raised.
To report an issue in relation to fitness to practice, safeguarding, incidents, and raising concerns, use the centralised reporting form below.

Please note:
Students are not to use the link to the form. The process for Students to report a concern or incident remains the same. Learners should be following the process map within PARE system.
