Reporting issues in practice

LJMU have reviewed their quality assurance processes and have developed and standardised a more robust reporting mechanism for both practice partners and academic staff. This is to ensure that we meet the goal of providing an effective response to concerns raised.

To report an issue in relation to fitness to practice, safeguarding, incidents, and raising concerns, use the centralised reporting form below.
