1. New library services website launched

   The LJMU Library website has had a major refresh over summer and has launched this week ready for the new academic year.

2. Research Data Repository has a fresh new look and search functions

   You can now search by year, division, field of research, author, data type and funder.

3. New LJMU Library ‘Every Voice Collection’ available for all students and staff

   The LJMU Library 'Every Voice: Diversity, Equality, Inclusion Collection' has over 8000 titles that champion different voices.

4. Introducing eco-friendly search engine Ecosia

   In support of JMSUs Sustainability Week taking place from next Monday, 3 February, the university will be trialling a new eco-friendly default internet search engine.

5. Join demonstrations of new LJMU Research Data Repository features

   Sessions take place in Feb and March to showcase the new landing page and advanced search functionality.

   Find out how to update your Symplectic profile.

7. Research outcomes: data repository support and arts output gathering

   Our Research Engagement Team within Library Services wants to know more about your research outcomes and is sharing new guidance on using the LJMU data repository.

8. Aldham Robarts Library to remain closed on Sundays until end of 2023

   Staff and students can access alternate library services at the Student Life Building or visit the Avril Robarts Library on Sundays.

10. Aldham Robarts Library to reopen on Sundays from 7 January
