    Our clinical practice work at Liverpool Business School as set out in the reports below reflect our continuing commitment to our students and the people and organisations in our city region.

  2. Lucy Cashman

    Lucy is an alumnus of our MBA programme and is now the strategic relations lead for place with Liverpool City Council. Alongside her studies, Lucy was part of the team that supported the mayoral campaign for Joanne Anderson, who became the first directly elected Black woman to take on the position, while overcoming personal challenges to still gain a first-class degree.

  3. Our Digital Health

    Our Digital Health is a research project that looks at how people with learning disabilities use technology to support their health and wellbeing.

  4. Colette Dalton

    Colette was a dedicated member of the catering team at LJMU for 42 years, having joined Liverpool Polytechnic in 1981. Sadly, in October 2023, just four months before her retirement, Colette passed away after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia just a few months earlier. She was a much-loved colleague, developing life-long friendships while working for the polytechnic and university. Colette also had, and continues to have, many family ties to LJMU.

  5. Scenes of Crime and Accidents Network

    The Scenes of Crime and Accidents Network is dedicated to the reconstruction and simulation of crime or accident scenes using technology, machine learning and bias mitigation for virtual training, 3D visualisation of investigations, medico-legal evidence and structural dynamics.

  6. Dr Pooja Saini

    Pooja is a Reader in Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention in the School of Psychology, having joined LJMU in 2018. For more than a decade, her dedication to researching suicide has taken her out of the lecture theatre and into the field, playing a vital role in helping to establish James’ Place, the first safe, accessible service for suicidal men in community settings.

    The Faculty now has access to the impressive looking Visible Bodies Anatomy and Physiology software.

  8. Bibliotherapy

    Bibliotherapy refers to the use of books for managing wellbeing, facilitating self-development and providing psychological support.
