1. January exams: training for invigilators

   In anticipation of the January examination period, Academic Registry will be holding invigilation training sessions for LJMU staff throughout December.

2. NSS raises £4,500 for charity in three weeks

   Final year students have so far raised a terrific £4,500 for charity by completing the National Student Survey (NSS) in the first three weeks.

3. Catering store within iBuy down 14 to 18 August

   The catering store within iBuy will be down from 14 to 18 August. Any catering requests for during this period and up to the 22 August should be booked in advance.

4. New arrangements for AV support

   We have a new system in place to support you in using audio visual and display technology in our teaching spaces.

5. Check your funding if you changed university to LJMU

   How new students can update your funding application if you originally planned to attend a different university.

6. How will Actus benefit you?

   Colleagues across LJMU have begun using Actus, our brand new online platform to support staff development.

7. Get involved with the Great British Beach Clean

   Friday 20 September from 10am to 11.30pm at West Kirby beach.

8. Examination Timetable now out

   The main University examinations will take place between 27 April - 7 May 2020.

   As part of LJMU's focus on staff wellbeing, we are offering free e-vouchers to get your flu jab.
