  2. Chief Constable delivers Spring Lecture at LJMU

    Chief Constable Craig Guildford of West Midlands Police delivered his spring lecture at LJMU last week. The lecture titled Turning the Tanker: Reflections on 18 Months as Chief Constable of West Midlands Police was held in the Redmonds Building and saw Chief Constable Guildford share his strategic initiatives, and thoughts on the importance of community engagement, and the future direction of the force.

  3. Researchers urged to share their experiences

    Colleagues are currently running the Culture, Employment and Development in Academic Research Survey (CEDARS) to harness your views, and to understand your experiences and needs as a researcher at LJMU.

  4. Chair and Panel Member Briefing Sessions

    Three in-person sessions are being offered in Exchange Station for academic colleagues who wish to become a Validation/Periodic Programme Review chair or panel member.

    The LJMU Global Opportunities Team is delighted to announce the launch of a new Global Opportunities Portal. This portal has been developed in-house by the LJMU ITS Team to offer a better user experience to our students seeking new experiences abroad.

  6. Join the alumni mentoring program

    LJMU Connect has launched the LJMU Mentoring Group to enable students, staff and alumni to develop meaningful mentoring connections within our LJMU community.

  7. Apply to study abroad

    Applications for LJMU’s study abroad programme are now open. Students can apply to spend either one semester or an academic year abroad at one of LJMU’s partner institutions across the globe.
