   From Monday 12th September, ITS will begin publishing all staff and student security card photos into Microsoft's 365 suite of products.

8. Laser Run added to Invictus Games 2027 thanks to influence of LJMU

   LJMU has been a trailblazer in the inclusive sport of Para Pentathlon, so much so that the Para Laser element of the event has been added to the Invictus Games.

9. Restrictions on using USBs for students and staff

   From 4 September students will be no longer able to use USB storage devices on LJMU equipment. This is alongside the restrictions already in place for staff.

10. Liverpool City Region HDD project tests low carbon credentials of Open RAN technology at Act 1.5 event

    The project is investigating if new technology improves digital connectivity in high density settings such as music venues.
