2. Voice Acting Scholarships

   Voquent.com are a multilingual voice acting agency based in London, UK. They've created the Voquent Voice Acting Scholarship to give one lucky student everything they need to work in the voice acting industry.

3. Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded

   Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded over the Easter weekend. The upgraded system will be available by 8am on Tuesday 6th April. The upgrade will move the system to the latest version of the software, ensuring that it remains up-to-date and continues to effectively support the University's business.

4. Bicentenary branded templates and assets

   To celebrate this special milestone year, we’ve added a range of branded templates and assets to our brand and design hub for all staff to access and use throughout the year.

5. March is Library Fest

   Library Services are gearing up for an exciting lineup of events this March as part of Library Fest 2024. There’ll be a range of exciting activities taking place from book swaps to poetry readings, exhibitions, and giveaways for all students, staff and visitors to get involved in.

6. National Student Survey 2024

   The National Student Survey (NSS) 2024 is now under way for final year undergraduates at LJMU.

   Open exhibitions curated by LJMU students at the John Lennon Art and Design building for two weeks

8. Alumni return to Liverpool Screen School with top TV production company

   Three LJMU Screen School alumni recently visited current film studies students to share their experience of working in TV and film production.

9. Working in partnership to deliver transgender workshop

   LJMU, in partnership with the Gender Identity Research and Education Society (GIRES), welcomed staff, students and community representatives to an engaging, interactive transgender workshop recently.

10. Strength and conditioning interns train with Paralympic medallist Ola Abidogun

    LJMU master’s and undergraduate student interns recently spent a day with Paralympic and commonwealth medallist Ola Abidogun finessing their coaching skills in the latest of a series of workshops working with elite athletes and experienced industry professionals.
