1. Adolescent’s Lockdown-Inducing Coping Experiences: The ALICE Study

   This study will find out the impact of COVID-19 and lockdown on teachers and parents of early adolescents.

2. Configuration and utilisation of clinical pathways by patients who attend A&E in suicidal crisis

   This study will enable two mental health trusts across Cheshire and Merseyside to review eight A&E departments’ hospital data for patients who attend in suicidal crisis.

3. The effectiveness and acceptability of Suicide Postvention Liaison Services for Individuals Bereaved by Suicide

   This study aims to interview people supported by these services, the employees delivering this support, commissioners and key wider services who may have links to the services, including coroners, police, GPs and public health officials.

4. Transformation Change Project

   The Transformation Change Project is currently underway at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, under the categories of acute, community and crisis. The aim is to complete a comprehensive evaluation of these changes, using a mixed methods approach.

   We are looking for people aged 55 or over to take part in a study that aims to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities for improving stair safety in the homes of older people.

   We are interested in knowing your preferences for bedroom and workplace designs.

9. Impact of achievement motive on physical effort

   We are looking for adult volunteers to examine how achievement motive —the motivation to achieve excellence and accomplishment—and task difficulty affect the effort that individuals invest in a physical handgrip task.

10. A better deal for renters

    The aim of this study is to gain an understanding of tenants’ experiences and attitudes to how the private rented sector in England is regulated and how the sector could be improved to create a fairer rental market.
