3. New library services website launched

   The LJMU Library website has had a major refresh over summer and has launched this week ready for the new academic year.

4. Research Data Repository has a fresh new look and search functions

   You can now search by year, division, field of research, author, data type and funder.

5. Workshops for researchers now available to book for 2024

   Further workshops will take place throughout 2024 aimed at researchers and postgraduate researchers (PGRs) to enhance how they manage their research data.

6. Librarian recognised by national Library Association

   Academic Engagement Librarian Gemma Wright has been recognised by CILIP, The Library and Information Association, as an outstanding professional helping to lead the sector into a new age of information.

7. Aldham Robarts Library to remain closed on Sundays until end of 2023

   Staff and students can access alternate library services at the Student Life Building or visit the Avril Robarts Library on Sundays.

8. Aldham Robarts Library to reopen on Sundays from 7 January

   We’re pleased to share that the Aldham Robarts Library will resume its normal opening hours and will once again be open on Sundays from 7 January.

9. New LJMU Library ‘Every Voice Collection’ available for all students and staff

   The LJMU Library 'Every Voice: Diversity, Equality, Inclusion Collection' has over 8000 titles that champion different voices.

10. New facilities now open at Avril Robarts Library

    Two newly-refurbished floors of Avril Robarts Library are now open!
