More than 2,400 students officially graduated this week across eight stunning ceremonies at Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral, the first graduations of LJMU’s Bicentenary year.
Over 60 school pupils from across the North West, including Merseyside, Lancashire, the Isle of Man and Colwyn Bay, went to LJMU to enjoy an exciting day in the labs, as part of the Salters' Festival of Chemistry.
LJMU has been recognised with the Athena Swan Silver Award for the university's commitment to promoting gender equality.
LJMU welcomed almost five hundred Year 11 pupils to its Future Focus Days as part of the Universitys sustained widening access programme, giving young people an insight into the opportunities Higher Education can offer.
