1. Volunteer at our March graduation ceremonies

   Staff are needed to usher graduands and guests, and to carry out other duties at the Anglican Cathedral during our March ceremonies this bicentenary year.

2. Academic Registry results notification briefings

   Two Microsoft Teams sessions will take place later this month to assist LJMU administrative staff involved with the pre and post board of examiner process, including results notification.

3. Update to IT services: IT disruption expected Saturday 24 August

   As part of LJMU security upgrades, key platforms including Canvas, Staff Infobase and parts of the LJMU website will be unavailable on 24 August.

4. LJMU joins action group spearheading positive change for technical career pathways

   Two LJMU staff members will sit on the Career Pathways Action Group.

5. Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded

   Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded over the Easter weekend. The upgraded system will be available by 8am on Tuesday 6th April. The upgrade will move the system to the latest version of the software, ensuring that it remains up-to-date and continues to effectively support the University's business.

6. Get involved in menopause yoga, cafes and conversations

   The latest updates on LJMU's work to support staff through the menopause.

7. Making Every Contact Count training January

   Staff are invited to take part in a Making Every Contact Count training day on Monday 15 January.

8. CourseLoop survey

   Our new curriculum management system, CourseLoop, has been live since the start of the academic year and we’d love to hear what colleagues make of it so far.

9. Changes to the Leadership and Development Foundation

   The Leadership and Development Foundation is undergoing some changes to better support all staff development across the whole of LJMU.

10. Greening up our campus

    Get involved in gardening projects around LJMU.
