   The next series begins in November 2022 with Professor Trung Thanh Nguyen from LJMU’s School of Engineering.

   LJMU Film Studies and Creative Writing Student, and now LJMU graduate, Benjamin Jones shares his take on what life was like on set of a major film production, what he learnt and how his course at Liverpool Screen School helped him in the world of film.

4. April/May exam timetable now live

   The next assessment period for LJMU students will take place from Monday 22 April to Friday 3 May 2024 (inclusive).

5. Bicentenary year Artist in Residence drawings to be exhibited on campus

   Julia Midgley: Bicentenary Sketchbook - A Window on LJMU's 200th Anniversary Year will go on public display from Monday 18 March for an extended run until Friday 5 April at the John Lennon Art and Design Building.

6. Women in football celebrated at inaugural LJMU networking event

   On Wednesday 15 June, LJMU celebrated the work of women in football at the inaugural meeting of the Football Exchange Women's Network (FExWN). The event brought together network members, delegates and industry speakers to celebrate their contributions to the sport and to challenge the realms of what is considered possible.

7. Commonwealth competitors going for gold at Birmingham 2022

   Good luck to all athletes and sport science staff from the LJMU community as they ready themselves for the Commonwealth Games 2022, starting in Birmingham this week.

8. Bollywood creatives work with LJMU students on musical theatre production

   See the production - Fireflies - at the university’s drama studio on Thursday 30 May and Friday 31 May.
