3. Complete the Student Lifestyle and Health Survey 2024

   Each year we run this survey, it only takes 10 minutes to complete and asks you a range of questions from how much sleep you get, to if you get anxious and how often you feel stressed.

4. Students and staff celebrate Ramaday and join together for Iftar

   Staff and students from across the university, both muslim and non-muslim, came together to break their fast (iftar).

5. LJMU provides largest numbers of tutors in Merseyside

   LJMU students, paid £21 per hour to support local primary schools

6. Graduate and Placement Recruitment Fair – Wednesday 12 October, 12-3pm, Student Life Building

   Find out more about the Graduate and Placement Recruitment Fair which takes place on Wednesday 12 October, featuring 50+ employers from a range of sectors looking to hire students from across all courses and disciplines.

7. Training for managers/personal tutors on disabilities and long-term health conditions, including mental health

   The aim of the programme is to offer LJMU Managers, Programme Leaders and Personal Tutors further support and guidance, in relation to; operating more confidently and effectively, whilst developing themselves and their staff/students positively.

9. New film celebrates 200 years of LJMU in 90 seconds

   The film - LJMU 200 - celebrates the roots of the institution founded in 1823 and how it has become the modern university that it is today in its bicentenary year.

10. March is Library Fest

    Library Services are gearing up for an exciting lineup of events this March as part of Library Fest 2024. There’ll be a range of exciting activities taking place from book swaps to poetry readings, exhibitions, and giveaways for all students, staff and visitors to get involved in.
