1. Winners announced at Student Experience Awards 2024

   Congratulations to all the winners and nominees at the JMSU Student Experience Awards 2024.

2. MBA student named North West’s Outstanding Cancer Nurse 2022

   Shirley Pringle was presented with the award at the North West Cancer Research's Awards Ceremony, in Liverpool, earlier this month.

3. Christmas closure and support services over the festive break

   The university will close at 5pm on Thursday 23 December and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 4 January. The Student Life Building will be open 24/7 throughout the festive break including on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

4. Careers support for 2019 LJMU graduates

   Whether you are a final year undergraduate or postgraduate student, there is a wealth of careers and employability support available to you both in the run up to graduation and beyond.

5. Law student duo secure prestigious Anthony Walker Bursary Scheme

   Two School of Law students are celebrating their success after securing the prestigious Anthony Walker Bursary Scheme.

6. NSS 2023: LJMU delivering an excellent student experience

   LJMU has performed well in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2023. The Office for Students (OfS) has published the survey results, which paint a positive picture of the LJMU student experience, while helping us to identify some areas for improvement.

8. UK’s first dedicated housebuilding degree

   LJMU’s Department of Built Environment, in partnership with Redrow and Coleg Cambria, have established the UK’s first dedicated Housebuilding Degree.

9. Hats off to the Faculty of Education Health and Community

   At the first of the day's Graduation Ceremonies, education students from LJMU's Faculty of Education, Health and Community collected their certificates at Liverpool Cathedral.
