   The Web hub is a web based facility providing 24 hour access to data relating to Programs, Plans, Modules, Students, Surveys, Applications and much more.

2. Access Symplectic

   Log into Symplectic. The Symplectic database provides a means for members of staff and postgraduate research students at LJMU to capture their publications and professional activities.

3. Student Access and Publishing Canvas Courses

   We’ve had many queries this week in relation to student access to Canvas courses.

4. Front of class display instructions and troubleshooting guide

   All classrooms and meeting rooms will be equipped with a computer (PC) and one or more projectors or large wall-mounted TVs. See instructions on how to use these as well as troubleshooting help for common issues.

6. Creating a Team Stress Survey

   Remote working during COVID and hybrid working have identified a need to improve how the Wellbeing Assessment Group manages surveys and assessments. We plan to make the process more effective by moving our survey questionnaires online and use Microsoft Forms.
