1. Designing our futures

   Students of LJMU studying Product Design were able to meet with industry partners, engineering and design companies as well as showcase their work at the end of year product design show.

   A first year policing student has gone above and beyond during her first week at LJMU by helping a total stranger on a night out.

3. Breaking Ground

   ‘Breaking Ground’ saw internationally-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind discuss the inspiration behind some of the world’s most iconic buildings, including the reconstruction of the World Trade Center, the Jewish Museum in Berlin and Manchester’s Imperial War Museum.

4. LJMU wins funding for 200 new Degree Apprenticeships under Government initiative

   LJMU will be opening its doors to an extra 200 new employer-supported Degree Apprentices in September 2017, after being only one of 18 universities to secure part of a multimillion pound Government fund.

   Our Student Advice and Wellbeing team is giving their advice on staying safe and where to go for help or support if you need it.
