4. First Step Spring Internships available for Level 4 students

   A new pilot internship programme for first year students (level 4 only) with little to no previous work experience launched on Monday 15 January and close at midnight on Sunday 4 February. There will be no interview process for these opportunities, the Student Futures team will undertake a matching process between participating organisations and students. The internships will begin on Monday 4 March (start dates may vary for each role).

5. Paid Discovery Internships for L5 and L6 students

   Internship applications open on Monday 16 September - sign up with Unitemps to be ready to apply

6. Fault reporting processes for the new academic year

   As the new academic year begins and our campus becomes busy once more, staff are reminded to ensure that all faults are reported via the respective Helpdesks.

7. Academic Staff Governor voting now open

   All Academic staff have until 5pm on Monday 19 June to vote for their preferred Academic Staff Governor candidate.

8. LJMU team takes on Kilimanjaro

   A team of 17 self-named Kilimanscousers including LJMU Students, LJMU alumni and Liverpool professionals will climb Kilmanjaro this August.
