1. LJMU ranked one of the top 10 best UK universities in StudentCrowd Awards 2022

   Based on online reviews over the past two years, LJMU is ranked as the 6th best UK university according to the StudentCrowd awards 2022.

2. LJMU School of Nursing and Allied Health celebrate multiple March awards and nominations

   LJMUs School of NAH has been shortlisted for nine awards at the Student Nursing Times Awards 2022 as well as a £2,000 Nursing and Midwifery Coordinator Social Prescribing Studentship awarded to Adult Nursing Student, John Wells.

3. Islamophobia Awareness Month

   November is the start of Islamophobia Awareness Month, and this year also marks 10 years of the awareness campaign, which showcases the positive contributions made to society, by Muslims, as well as raising awareness of Islamophobia in society.

   Three athletes supported by LJMUs Performance Sport team, at the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences, have received national recognition for their achievements.

6. Celebrating success at LJMU's Unitemps Awards 2024

   Students, staff, and local businesses from across LJMU were celebrated at the Unitemps Awards Ceremony held on Wednesday 8 May 2024. The event, hosted at the Student Life Building, honoured individuals for their contributions to work opportunities and collaboration with Unitemps.

7. Submissions for the Green Gown Awards

   The university is looking for potential submissions for the Green Gown Awards, which recognise exceptional sustainability initiatives being undertaken by universities and colleges.

8. LJMU nominated for two THE awards

   LJMU has been shortlisted in two categories for the 2024 THE Awards.

9. Representing the UK at European University Film Awards

   As the only UK university LJMU was one of 13 European universities to participate in this year’s first European University Film Awards(EUFA).
