6. Athena SWAN Workshop: Understanding Data & Top Tips

   In support of gender-equality and the several departments considering applying for their Athena SWAN Bronze/Silver Awards here at LJMU, this Athena SWAN Workshop: Understanding Data and Top Tips has been arranged in order to provide Departmental Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Teams (SATs) with the opportunity to gain some practical knowledge in relation to the application process.

7. Part-time job opportunity for students and graduates

   LJMU students and graduates are invited to apply for positions in a team of marshals helping to keep our buildings COVID-safe in the new academic year.

8. New Professors and Readers

   LJMU has promoted five new professors and 34 new readers.

9. Vice Chancellor hosts former Education Secretary at LJMU

   Justine Greening, former Secretary of State for Education visited Mark Power, Vice Chancellor (interim), this week to discuss LJMUs successful track record prioritising social mobility and inclusion.
