   The Careers Team would really like to hear your views on the careers services offered by the Careers Team to final year students and graduates.

2. Restrictions on using USBs for students and staff

   From 4 September students will be no longer able to use USB storage devices on LJMU equipment. This is alongside the restrictions already in place for staff.

   The University’s Student Information System (SIS) is being upgraded. SIS will be unavailable during the upgrade, from 5pm on Thursday 21st November until 8am on Tuesday 26th November.

5. Complete the Postgraduate Research Experience Survey 2023

   Postgraduate Research Students have the chance to win £500 as well as help raise money for a fantastic local charity by taking part in a short survey.

6. Apply for a paid discovery internship

   LJMU is offering second and final year students (level 5 and 6) the opportunity to apply for a paid 'Discovery Internship' working with a local organisation in the Liverpool City Region on a real-life project that you can really get stuck into.

7. Sir Christopher Le Brun to be made honorary fellow

   Internationally renowned painter Sir Christopher Le Brun is to be recognised with Liverpool John Moores University’s highest honour.
