A student and a recent graduate from LJMU have scooped two awards at the Liverpool Chambers Innovation in Business Awards 2022.

Dr Jo Croft, senior lecturer in English, died of cancer on 15 January. She was a dearly-loved colleague and teacher at LJMU for nearly 28 years.
LJMUs Dr Craig Hammond, a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education, has been recognised for his outstanding impact on student outcomes and the teaching profession in higher education, with a National Teaching Fellowship.
The university is saddened to learn of the death of our honorary fellow, Frank Field.
